About Chef Randy Wilder
Your personal chef for the evening is Randy Wilder, one of the few truly outstanding chefs in the Triangle. Randy was most recently the Executive Chef/Chef de Cuisine at Bistro 64/The Cosmopolitan, which earned 4-star reviews from the News & Observer. He also worked with John Toler at Bloomsbury Bistro and at several fine dining restaurants in Atlanta. His specialty and passion is creating wine-paired dinners for small groups of people. Throughout the evening, Randy will explain and demonstrate culinary techniques and wine-pairing concepts.
