You can pull out the wines from your cellar that you've been saving for a special occasion or we can recommend wines for you.

Hosting the ultimate dinner party is simple and convenient. We take care of everything so you can relax and enjoy your evening with your guests. Specifically, it includes:
- A consultation with the chef to design a fabulous, four-course, wine-paired dinner for six to sixteen people. (See sample at right: two appetizer courses, entrée, and dessert)
- Wines can be supplied from your cellar or we can recommend wines for you in different price ranges.
- Complete turnkey service at your home. All linens, china, glassware, silverware and service items are provided.
- The chef arrives one hour before your event to set up and cleans up afterwards so you have no dishes to worry about.
- We create personal hand-addressed invitations, RSVPs, and directions to your home.
- Leftovers are boxed and labeled.
